@Scott; not a word about the court date on Friday on the Goldwater site, just a bit in AzCentral by Bickley from a few days ago. I understand their trying to get the documents related to the negotiations between the COG, IEH & the NHL released?.

@Mark; hate to be a wet towel about this, but no way will the Thrashers be heading to Winnipeg until such time as; A) The Hatfield-McCoy Feud between the ownership in Atlanta is resolved; B) All other avenues of finding an owner to buy the team & keep them in Atlanta are exhausted; C) Gary Bettman & Jeremy Jacobs do a complete 180. Regarding the Goldwater group - they are currently in litigation against the city of Phoenix regarding subsidies to the builder of a Wyndam Hotel in downtown Phoenix. They have been dead silent regarding the Coyotes and it seems that their pet internet posters are raising a storm about the hotel and no longer post about Glendale.
